I stopped by the store yesterday, hoping to look at some furniture, but I didn’t even get the chance. The staff member’s attitude was unnecessarily condescending — she seemed more interested in commenting on the fact that I was holding a coffee than in welcoming a potential customer. A smile and some basic courtesy would have gone a lot further
I visited your store today as I was interested in viewing your home furnishings. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff member on duty. I was with my baby stroller, and she refused to let me enter the store without offering any explanation or apology. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. If the store space is too small for strollers, it would be appreciated if you could clearly display a sign at the entrance stating this policy. It should not be up to the employee’s personal mood or discretion to decide who can enter. So if any customer came on wheelchair they will face the same too This type of treatment is unacceptable, and no store in Canada restricts customers in such a manner, especially without courtesy or respect. I kindly request that management take this matter seriously and address the behavior accordingly.

I was in search of a mattress, I tried the big name stores then I walked in to this place and found what I was looking for and a great price. Paul helped me with out rushing the process great price and the delivery was on time as promised.i know where to to go the next time
What a pleasant experience. My dad an i went in looking for a couch an love seat an right away we were greated by the most friendliness guy. The shopping went great tons of options.. needless to say we're now enjoying our couch an love seat. Best store will shop again.
Terrible customer service we were asking the sales man about small dining table he said go to leons!! Then I was showing my husband a table there he said this is too expensive like don’t look at it !!!! This is not how you make sales don’t recommend this place to anyone
We recently bought a sofa set for our new place from Super Deal Furniture store. The staff and the owner are really very humble and helping. They suggested some really good pieces. The collection is very beautiful and there are numerous options too. Would really recommend this place.
