Update: It’s been 3 months and Structube team has poor customer service and communication. After endless emails for pending liners, I’m still left with a defective couch and no support from the team. Never purchasing from this brand again. Purchased a sofa a few months ago and the within 2 days, feathers are coming out constantly. Reached out to Structube for a resolution via email and phone call however I have followed up a few times over the past month and nothing has been done to make the sofa enjoyable for me. All I get is that seat lining is on its way. What should have taken 1 week according to the store manager has taken over 5 weeks. At this point I really wish I had never purchased this sofa. Beyond disappointed on how this is being managed. Avoid at all costs if you want peace of mind.
I bought a sofa that turned out to be defective, with feathers constantly poking out of the cushions to the point where it’s literally painful to sit on. When I brought this to their attention, they acknowledged it was a known issue, yet still sold it to me. Their only proposed solution was to add a lining to the cushions, which I declined because it’s a band-aid fix for a poorly made product. Now, just a short time later, all the cushions are completely flat, and the sofa is unusable. Structube has refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that this product clearly does not meet basic quality or durability standards. I’ve received no real support beyond empty gestures, and I’ll be escalating this to Consumer Protection Ontario. If you’re considering buying furniture here don’t. They do not stand behind the quality of their products, and once they have your money, you’re on your own.
Reasonably priced Canadian furniture that requires assembly much like IKEA except finish is hardwood dark walnut and metal which I like better than soft pine wood frame.
Just spoke with Chanel who called me a liar on the phone. I called last week to ensure the bed my parents purchased would be delivered and assembled in there room of choice as they are elderly and this would be convienent. I was informed that this would cost $50 and I was happy to pay it. Upon delivery, to my surprise assembly was not included. I called the store and spoke to Chanel and explained to her that I think the $50 was not good value for what I thought I was getting, she proceeded to incite that I was lying and thinking about another company instead and that there is nothing that can be done for me and my senior parents. It's not about the $50 but the lack of common courtesy and manners from this location. Will never ever buy anything from Structube ever again.
With Young kids our 10 year old Fabric 3 seater from EQ3 was tired, worn out and due for a makeover. We casually walked into Structube and this slick sectional really caught my wife's eyes. Was not planning on paying full price. But we had a great experience dealing Raj(pal) at this location. She was knowledgable, empathetic and amazing to deal with. The Angkor Leather Secitional was the clear winner given our space and we placed the order right away, was lucky to get it within a week despite it being very popular. We love it as a family and it has really uplifted and upscaled our living area. We don't regret at all buying the most expensive leather sectional at Structube. It is a great value in hindsight.
Worst experience, worst customer service, worst delivery policy,worst staff...first they give u 15 hour delivery window then if you request to reschedule the delivery slot given by them they charge you $69+ tax... For delivery that not even attempted yet....staff was not helping at all and said rescheduling /cancellation could be 25%..worst thing you have to go in person to request for rescheduling the delivery or order cancellation....
Our visit today was assisted by Ms.Raj and she was amazing. She immediately responded and very patiently responded to all our queries. We went in to order the Carole sofa bed knowing that they don’t have in stock but wanted to see the material before we place the order. She walked through all the details and quickly placed the order for us. While we were hanging around we did notice how she was assisting other customers as well and was so impressed. Surprisingly internet is not what you see. I was socked to see so many bad reviews when I came to post mine. That’s when I decided I need to share what I felt. Hope to receive our order in February by the estimate date.
