I write review for their store sales Mr Jason, you are doing a best customer service today, even it is very busy day in store, he is only sales can help all, I saw a couple is very rude to sales, Mr Jason is very patient, and kindly to answer all questions to this couple, this couple's every response is very aggressive, I was sit down to look at their catalogue, and very close to that customer, just felt why they come her showing non respect to others, when Mr Jason explain how to check sofa quality or answer their question, they do not listen, just look around, and interrupt few times when sales was helping other customer, Mr Jason doing very good customer service, very patient, I did not make decision today, but I can see how this company training their employee, I will come back with measurement again to buy from them for sure. Best customer service!
Lavie furniture is the ONLY place I will shop for furniture. Jason was very kind and was not a pushy salesman at all. They have a great selection of furniture. We purchased a beautiful sofa and love seat as well as a new bed set again for my new home. Love it! Completely in love with our new living space.
