I purchased my couch about 9 years ago. It is the greatest quality sofa of all time. Manjit and her husband are so kind, and helpful (and patient) as hmm and haa at fabric choices (I also made many many customizations) I recently came back again to buy another couch (again many customizations). The experience is just as great this time around as it was last time. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thanks so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️
DONT GET CUSTOM COUCHES HERE! You’ll be disappointed. Not a good experience. Got a custom couch made as the store owner vouched that he was all about making things custom. We had our doubts and asked what if there’s errors and he said don’t worry I’ll make sure things are right. Our sofa got delivered with incorrect measurements, the seat cushion was many inches bigger than we had asked. He was kind about it and had it picked up and put in a new order. The second time around the couch was made incorrectly again with wrong measurements and the cushions seemed as if they were not filled properly. We asked him what now? To which he said the only option was for us to bring the couch back to his store ourselves and get our money back …. We asked if we could get a discount after having to go through all the hassle but were denied. So we’re stuck with a couch we don’t like and paid a decent amount of money for.
Worst service I ever seen in my life biggest mistake is I bought soda from this place I bought recliner with love seat with full price and when love seat recliner stop working and I called store and followed up for 1 month but no proper response from them And end of the month they couldn't fix it and they reply is like you abuse recliner. I paid full price in cash because they didn't wanted to pay tax but now there excuse is like you didn't pay me tax I didn't make money you bargain too much.......and lot Just because they don't want to give service while it's in warranty When they wanted to sell they where very nice. But time of service they are very rude and never respond in whole month. Whenever I call they have only one ans we are looking for technicians.
Previously I ordered a dresser from In Style Furniture and was so satisfied with the furniture and the price that I went back to order the matching bed frame with headboard. My friend who was with me ordered a chest cabinet. To my surprise when the bedframe was delivered it came in 5 pieces unassembled. I called Randeep and he said that they really come unassembled to which I replied that as a customer I should have been informed. He said that they never explain this to customers presuming that the customers know. I told him that had I known I would have requested for assembly and that I am willing to pay extra for the service. He arranged for somebody to do the job. The store needs to communicate with customers fully well so that customers are aware of what to expect when ordering furniture. For a senior like me I find it difficult to find somebody who can assemble furniture, the reason why I choose to purchase only assembled furniture or pay the store extra for assembly if they offer this kind of service.
Most unprofessional service. All they are concerned about is to make a sale and get money. Once the delivery of the items are done, there is no support from them whatsoever. We ordered a bed frame, dresser and night stand from them. The workmanlike on the items were of the worst quality. They look worse than used furniture. The store does not care once they get the money. I would recommend no one to purchase anything from this store.
Bought a L couch here, the associate who sold us the coach was fantastic, whole service after words was a nightmare. Coach did not come in as displayed. Display had Velcro to hold down the cushions. When we received the coach the whole side was damaged and out of place and had no Velcro to hold down cushions. They took back the coach claiming to fix it cause its a custom couch. We received a whole new couch the side was fixed. But the side hinge which connects the two couches together was no longer there. They did add velcro but nothing compared to how it was displayed in the store. They stiched in a tiny strip which held nothing down and was completely uncentered. We refused the coach upon delivery and the delivery drivers just dropped it and left. Would tell anyone and everyone to stay away from this store
HI, real person here . This place is great. Very nice people and the custom furniture is awesome. I got a custom sofa with custom fabric, at a very reasonable price. They gave me a time frame of when it would be ready and stuck to it. And the delivery guys were great. The sofa is beautiful , thanks guys
