After searching all over for couches and not finding what we needed, we decided to drive to Iconic based on all the positive reviews. We did not regret it! Within one hour (with two kids in tow) we found and ordered our sofa, love seat and storage ottoman. They were great with material and colour suggestions. Jay was also prompt with his follow up to any questions we had and we appreciated how they handled our complaint when our delivery was 2 hours late. We are already trying to buy more furniture from them!!
Amazing service by the staff here. In particular, Dunia was an excellent sales Rep. She was very helpful with the tips she had given us to design our home. She had taken out special time for us to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. My family and I love the couch that we had purchased, and we're looking forward to making more purchases in the future. They were able to guide us in selecting the perfect bed to fit our new space. Everything from size to colour! What topped the experience off was the professional delivery service. Our bed was setup and all boxes etc. were cleaned up. Highly recommended!
