Fantastic piece of furniture also really good selection in store. Little unfortunate if you go on a weekend you’ll need to pick up you’re bed another time when wear house is open. They don’t have stock on hand Other then that everything is FANTASTIC. Easy to put together. Strong enough for parents to rest on it. Good materials ( we came from Waterloo)
You will get different prices from each sales representative. Make sure you call at different times to reveal the best price. Hard selling with poor customer service.
If there was a 0 option - that’s what I would rate it as. Horrible costumer service. Very unprofessional and is only out to get people’s money. They are very good at giving a great first impression and say what you want to hear, but the moment you pay for your purchases they turn into ignorant people and treat you like garbage. They don’t follow through with anything they agreed to and will do their best to avoid you. Spent over $10,000 on furniture, it’s been over 6 months and they haven’t delivered all of the furniture.
Sam the business owner is low class, unprofessional & treats his customers poorly. Bought furniture and didn’t deliver on time not only that he had delivered the furniture in pieces. After confronting him he basically told me to go and screw myself.
Great customer service! The staff was very welcoming and helpful when deciding what furniture to purchase. We got to custom design dining chairs and got a console table from here in March 2019. You will find something you like, and custom designing is an option as well. The furniture is very modern and is high quality, and the store itself is very appealing and easy to walk through to view all the furniture. We will definitely be making future purchases here and recommend to anyone looking for furniture.
The staffs were very helpful when I picked my furnitures. The showroom is very beautiful and classy. They have variety pieces of furnitures and also customize to your need. I would highly recommend Forgali to anyone who is looking for classic design and custom furnitures.
