I recently visited the Erin Mills Town Centre Bouclair store in regard to curtains. I required specific and out of the norm length and width. Sheetal and Shardae took the time to search and find (in the back) exactly what I needed. Thank you to both of them for exemplary customer service. The curtains look great hung.
*This is not for this store- I particularly enjoyed going into the store and found the employees amazing * Horrible customer service from head office and shady business practices. I purchased black out curtains that were final sale. That was fine, they were the exact size that I needed for my toddlers room. Upon hanging them, we realized they were 2” shorter than the stated length. Contacted customer service in July, days after receiving the very delayed order. Was told to submit proof of length and that it would be resolved with 2 days. Over 2 months later, despite me contacting Bouclair regularly requesting an update- I was told they were final sale and I would not be refunded or given store credit for the four pairs I purchased (only 2 pairs were open). The reason was what the manufacturer told them the curtains were allowed to be off by a few inches. This response was completely mind blowing, as i ordered curtains that were 84”, not 82” in length. I was a loyal customer, but unfortunately, I have lost trust in their customer service and quality.
Good selection of house decor items at a reasonable price with frequent sales. I just can’t figure out the logic in how they planned their store hours. So strongly recommend checking before you go, because it’s different almost every day.
It was fun to look and browse at all the inexpensive furniture. But I ended up with a sliver on my finger with the first piece of furniture I touched. LOL.
Clean and well organized. Staff were friendly and everybody was COVIDized. I just wish the store were larger for more selection. Prices are ok but no great deals. Flanked on either side by Homesense and Dollarama, so good location for being able to hit several stores in one shot. Parking is fair, you just need to walk about 20 car spaces typically.
Simple: AVOID. I had to share the seller's attention with her cell phone, which kept ringing, and she didn't bother to answer the calls while she was with me. After spending about 15 minutes trying to talk to the seller, I gave up and decided to buy online. The delivery date has no relation to reality. The site says that in 3 days the request could be available. It's been over a week. I asked what was going on and the answer was "everything is normal. wait, someday your order arrives"
