Wow, what a great experience at the Erin Mills location. I found a whole bunch of stuff this young man by the name of Amar Went above and beyond to make sure I had all the right sizes he was phenomenal. Multitasking with customers and stock he was absolutelyGreat…I came in not wanting to spend to much and I spent over $200 So happy with all my Christmas gifts
Great store! Huge location and very affordable prices. Love that the have new fashion items everytime i visited this location. The manager here always greets me and my family when we come in he is super nice and very friendly with customers. Very experienced manager! Great work. Great store Thank you so much!
The cashier at this time 7 55 pm today. I dont know her name. She is the one with long black hair. The most rude person i have met.i asked if i can exchange one garment which i had purchased from other urban planet. The first response was final sale and ITS NOT MY PROBLEM. I have never such response. Very disappointment with the service.
Manager Dunya has issues with every customer for some reason. All the other reviews are true, I came here to leave a review about Dunya as she had treated me extremely awfully for no reason and just unhinged when I was being extremely polite. Come to find out all the other reviews here had the same experience as me... Not sure why Dunya is still working there if she is aggressive with every customer that goes to her at checkout..
Great for trendy clothes at reasonable prices. Urban Planet is best for young adults. You are also sure to get seasonal clothes. Their Ugly sweater offering is incredible!
I shop here often and my experience has always been great. The staff is super helpful and the store is very well maintained. I have personally seen the management here handle customers during busy times and it is done so well, the line up goes by very fast and there are always associates around to help you find a size or get a fitting room started. Definitely one of the best Urban Planets!!
They doesn't even deserve I star ,the Manger over there is the rudeist person I ever met in my life, she is not helpful treat the customer with a terrible way .I don't know why the owner keep her till now . When they can find all this complaint about this Manger. She but this store down by her attitude
