Never been so happy shopping ..the manager and the all staff are absolutely fabulous .My compliments to Victoria ...she is beautiful,patient ,talkative ,Expert advice. I went back to show a jacket that I bought few years back . What a selection
Shimmara and Bella didn’t know how to treat the customers at all. We waited for almost 20 min just to get the watch sized and in return, they had a terrible attitude towards us. They don’t even deserve the single star that I gave, if I would have a choice, I would give them negative stars
I’ve always liked Guess products, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The staff was very disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. Instead of offering help, they acted like I was bothering them and spoke in a rude, dismissive tone. Customer service should make people feel comfortable, not judged or ignored. I expected better from a well-known brand like Guess. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their staff’s behavior because this experience has made me second-guess visiting again.

I stopped by here twice with my mom. I believe the associate that helped us was Victoria I think. My mom was wanting to buy a black trench coat but didn’t have her size in-store Victoria went above and beyond with helping us and placing the order online through the store (in-person) since the price online through the website was different and in order to match the price we had to do it in-person online and Victoria was really helpful and starting small convos here and there and it felt like we were friends for a long time and were just shopping together! I really enjoyed that and I hope shes able to see this review and see that people love her customer service skills!
Highly irresponsible, deceptive manager of Guess at Square One and fake employees. I called to request for some items to be put on hold that they had in low stock, emphasizing to the Indian manager that Im coming from far just for those items, and the manager took my name and said she'll put them on hold - and she lied that she did. I travelled 2 hours to get here, the items were NOT ever put on hold and were openly lying available for any other customer to pick up and take away. There were hardly any pieces, and they could have all been gone before I got there. It's not sound to make up lies to a customer and have no consideration or decency. When I brought up my concern to an employee while paying for my items, she wasn't at all bothered. Prices high, customer service zero.
I had the pleasure of working with Maabena to find an item for a gift. She was beyond helpful, patient and informative. Hopefully this gets to upper management and she is acknowledged for her hard work. She made the process seamless and I'd recommend her service at this location for anyone.
