Had a coat set aside and on hold for me. I went later that day to pick it up and they tell me they sold it. No shame from their horrible sales rep, wish I could give this store -5
I have ordered shoes on line that showed my bill 108 dollars but the charged me 232 dollars. I have emailed them but no response, I'm wondering why the overcharge me There's no contact number for customers service.
How long does it take to update the store timings. I came all the way from Vaughan to this place to find out that the store is closing at 7. They don’t even pick up calls.
Not only is the staff kind, but they are just really good people. I lost an airpod at the store once and the manager found it, KEPT IT SAFE IN THEIR LOST AND FOUND, until I called in four days later and inquired as to whether I had left it there. I have never once had a bad experience at this location. The staff always goes above and beyond to try and find you what you are looking for
I had a very positive experience. The manager on duty, Mateo, was extremely friendly, helpful, and he really went out of his way to help me find the items I needed, and to come up with alternative solutions when when my original idea didn't work as planned. Five stars for service.
Amazing service. I’ve been shopping at this particular location for almost 6 years now. The store manager is an incredible woman. She goes above and beyond to help and always offers us very great suggestion. I shopped here recently with my cousin and we made some great purchases. Looking forward to shopping here again.
I had the absolute displeasure of interacting with the assistant manager, Roza. What a horrible person with no manners. If it werent for the other employees working, I would have gone straight to head office. Promote your other employees and get rid of this old lady who has no idea what shes doing. I overheard her speaking to the employees with such attitude, NOT the way to be running a store. She spoke to me with such disrespect and made my entire shopping experience horrid. Please do yourself a favour Le Chateau, get rid of her. There is a reason you are rated 3/5 stars, she is it.
