I have to say that I had an amazing experience at this location dealing with Fareeha!! I was having a hard time deciding on an outfit for my Goddaughter's baptism and Fareeha was able to accommodate all my needs and she was SO helpful and patient with me in picking my entire outfit from head to toe! Her customer service is amazing! Thanks again! :)
Don't buy online they charge you for the returns, no matter what, even if the product don't fit right or the quality is not good, also they take too long to deliver, firts and last time for me, never again
I am mad of the employees and especially the manager ,I tried a few pants and rudely the manager asked me to return all pants to the hanger ,I said I don’t know how to do with this especial hanger ,she said how you took it of you must return its back,and my daughter did first one then I was on cashier,the employee on cashier started to checkout the customer behind me ,I got angry and I asked her I am the first why you went with the other customer,she said until you return all item to the hangers ,I said that not my job ,and what are four employees doing so Rude employees and very bad customer service
I've picked up many dresses from here for parties and school events. Nice and welcoming customer service, decent variety of dresses but during peak seasons they may be out of stock of your size. Wish there were mirrors in the dressing room so that I could double check I was decent before walking out but otherwise okay.
Awesome customer service. They were so nice and helpful and care about your shopping experience at this location. Fashionable selection of clothing, accessories, and handbags as well. Most of my necklaces and earrings are from Le Chateau! My favourite emerald green dress is also from here. I will keep shopping here :)
Disappointed. I had my baby with me and they didnt even say hi but the single lady behind me was acknowledged. Prices are overpriced for the quality of the clothes.
Extremely poor service. Very rude behaviour by staff. Poor quality products and very bad returns policy. Exorbitant prices. Won’t be surprised if they shut down . PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE.
