Bad customer service. Employees don’t know how to be polite. I went there to buy watch for someone but at the cashier when I checked it had scratches. I asked for a new piece but their lady showed me the rest two three watches they had on display. They all had scratches. Instead of accepting anything they were laughing at me. It was such a bad experience
Iam loyal customer since long time .I usually buy from different store... this time me and my son went to buy fall stuff and I found a sweater with price of 64.99 and I have asked for different color.. and I was shocked because the price for the other color was 15 dollars extra and it was changed by hsnd not in the company printed tag and I have spoken to the manager and she was so rude and she said this is the price now have gone up ..I complaint about that and she was again rude and told me it's just 15 dollars extra ..If you can't afford..so this store not for you...and I am a financial advisor with 4 years business degree
I had a great experience at the Guess Outlet! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable for a well-known brand. Great spot for stylish gifts or something for yourself. It's definitely worth a visit!

Had to buy something in a rush. Called a few stores around got some good help. But I must say at this store the guy named "Aaron" was very courteous and polite with helping out holding item at front that I inquired about over the phone. He is a great example of how great customer service should be provided over the phone and in person. Cool guy. I was also confused between choices of color and the other girl "Rose" was very detailed with her feedback to help me decide. Overall was a great shopping experience, honestly for a moment I forgot I was suppose to be rushing and was shopping last minute for an event.
This is a good store with friendly customer service. I got a very good deal on a purse. When my welcome coupon code didn’t work, the lady at the cash counter patiently applied a coupon code from her side. The collection and prices are good. Store is clean as well.
