400 dollars of merchandise and they charged for a bag then when I got home they charged me for an item I never even bought and I was told it was the manager who checked me out, Horrible experience and employees on their phones to much
We didn't find what we wanted during this visit, but the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us try to find what we're looking for.
So I ordered a pair of boots from them and went to pickup in store. Boots were wrong size I ordered and after several minutes of dealing with store manager Wayne we came to conclusion that they would find me the correct size and call when they have them. I went yesterday to pick them up and all was good. Now today I’m comparing them to the boots I currently have hhs172003 is what I ordered and already own and the boots they gave me are hhs242003 completely different. Can you spot the difference
Listen man. I love your products. I get emails to tell me about up coming sales. It's your in store experience that pissed me off. Girl at the register spouted off for about 1 minute and I didn't understand more than 3 words. I had to get her to repeat herself 3 times until I understand she wanted me to give money to some unidentifiable charity. I finally said no. Now she's doing it again. 4 times repeatedly saying exactly the same thing.......... Another charity? No. Now she's asking me something else........ 3 times.......something about rounding up for charity again.............. NO If you're selling your business as "CANADIAN " and I cannot for the life of me understand one thing she's saying to me. For the love of God. Please tell her to just take my money and I'll be on my way. Stop this craziness and just let me pay. Even if she had perfect English a d asked me to donate to 3 separate charity's I would still get pissed off.
It was a big waste of time visiting this location, beside the disrespectful and zero customer service way for treating customers. Before getting to the problem I must state that I treated the employee whom I talked to with all respect, decency and professionalism and with a smile on my face despite the unprofessional attitude she gave me. First there is only two persons working in this huge busy location, both are only looking after the customers who are checking out at the cashier. So they have no time to answer questions, or provide any kind of sales support. In fact we cannot blame the two unprofessional employees working their, because the place is very low on staff relative to the size of the store and number of customers present at this time. So obviously the company or the franchisee do not want to spend money. I regret visiting this location, and I hope I could find a convenient location where I can talk to real professional courteous employees, who have time to help all customers fairly and on timely manner.
I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by associate, Parvathy. She's an extremely hardworking girl. She helped me to find my exact fit clothes and also clarified my doubts very clearly. I got a wonderful shopping experience.
Poor customer service. I did a pickup order and decided to try on my item. In the changing room I Found out that the clothing I had purchased was dirty. They hired an indian girl who seemed to be uninterested in the work who didnt smile or answer questions and was reluctant on helping.. I asked for it to be swapped and the associate stared at me blankly. She didn't even know where the other sizes of this item could be found, didnt seem interested in answering questionsand dragged her feet until we found a new cloth. Later I had to find another cloth of the correct size which I tried on, which was clean. Then when I went to exchange it she seemed confused when I asked her to remove the tag and stared blankly at me. When I asked her for the return policy she rolled her eyes and just said 100 days and didn't even tell me the condition. I had to go ask the manager what the return policy was. She also had terrible body odor. They should properly train their employees on how to give proper service and not appesring like they are miserable at work..
