I was looking for a physical store because I’ve had poor experiences with the quality and service of many online vendors. I was delighted to discover an actual retail shop for western-style Indian clothing in a major shopping mall. I visited to find an outfit for Diwali and ended up leaving with three beautiful suits! Each piece was elegant, smart-looking, and exceptionally well made. I don’t believe in supporting poorly made, environmentally unsound fast fashion—and this store truly stands apart. The prices reflect the quality and craftsmanship, ensuring the garments will last. I also appreciate the convenience of having a store like this located right in the mall, and I don’t mind paying a bit more for that. The sales associate, Unnati, was wonderful—she helped me find the right sizes and managed her time between customers with professionalism and care. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be returning.
No one answers the call. It always go to voicemail. You can’t connect with them after a purchase. You will have to go in person and communicate, waste of time.
Best variety and customer service by the owner. She was so genuine with the prices and helped me find the best style. Will recommend going to the store and definitely will visit again.
