I visited this store to buy an outfit for an upcoming event and they have good collection. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While I was in the fitting room, the owner repeatedly rushed me, saying other customers were waiting, which made the whole process uncomfortable. On top of that, the store refused to offer any discount, and one associate tried to charge me for alterations even though the owner had previously said alterations were included in the price. Overall, the service felt unorganized and unprofessional.
Rija was incredibly helpful during my visit. Her dresses are absolutely stunning and her customer service was excellent. She helped me find the perfect dress for a mehndi event. Will be back if i’m ever in need of a good quality dress.

I bought two dresses from Kundan . The design was beautiful and the embroidery looked elegant. The fabric was soft and comfortable, perfect for festive wear. Stitching was neat and the size fit me well. The price was worth it for the quality. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this to others.
