The customer service in this store is horrible. The staff are miserable and take out their frustrations unprovoked by being rude to their customers. As someone that has worked retail in the past, should never make customers feel uncomfortable or be-littled. Nina acted really rude to my face and made me feel uncomfortable to shop here, extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
Staff at this location is horrible. They don’t know even C of the customer service. The girl ( she was white skinny, in black top, working at 7:30 pm on Dec 2,2025) who attended me to check out was very rude. First, she was no where on the floor, finally I found someone who was working there hiding behind the clothes. Anyway, I called her, she rolled eyes over me and didn’t even respond if she is coming. There was no greeting, no smile, to be very honest, I felt racism. It was very disrespectful and awkward while standing there and these racist people make you feel like headache for them. I will never come back to this location. SUZY, work on your staff.
Your clothing collection is stunning and full of variety. This is my favorite local shop, and I really hope you keep bringing beautiful new clothes more often!
Thank you for clarifying! Here’s a review from a customer’s perspective: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Le Château due to the rude and dismissive behavior of the staff Olivia. From the moment I entered, it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. When I asked for assistance, their tone was curt, and they seemed completely uninterested in helping me find what I needed. Instead of providing solutions or even basic courtesy, they made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. At one point, I asked a simple question about sizing, and their response was not only unhelpful but downright condescending. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially in a store that positions itself as a place for stylish and quality shopping. I left without making a purchase and will not be returning. I strongly suggest training your staff on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism.
Hands down the worst customer service ever. I had an online package delivered to the store and I went to pick it up but was denied as the manager wasn’t in. I came back later and nobody helped me. As a university student, I can’t come here everyday for a package that I PAID for already and the least I expected was getting some help
The 2 girls working today were awful. Rude & snarky. They’re attitude was just as bad as there inappropriate outfits. Not sure who condoned club wear for a retail store, but it’s gross. Those girl need a serious attitude adjustment, not cute for grown women to be behaving like adolescents. Will not be returning to this location & I don’t recommend anyone else go either.
Very polite staff, was a bit disappointed that they had some clothes on the website and not in the store but, will still go to the store again just because of their kind staff.
