Soul store at the Dixie Mall really good products, reasonable price and good customer service especially like Jasmine. She’s so kind so professional and I’ll recommend anybody to go there and buy their clothes.

The worst customer service experience I've ever had I bought a pair of jeans when I put them on the button popped right off so I returned to the store to exchange it and the wouldn't do it saying there's no exchanging yet they sold me broken jeans... you should never shop there what a joke

These guys got the freshest clothes. 10/10. Owner hooked me up with all my fresh gears so I definitely got a new spot for fresh clothes. Thank you Soul Underground Mississauga and Brampton.

Worst place i ever went in Canada, we went for a return within just few minutes but they did not,and the banner of no refunds is located beneath the counter so that anybody cannot see. Really overwhelmed after going there. Very bad experience.

Love this store REALLY GREAT PRICES. If you want namebrand clothes for you children THIS IS THE STORE. They have newborn to 16 year old. Even accessories like bags, hats, gloves, socks. Brands like Nike, Puma, Polo, Champion, Converse. Trust me your children will love it especially the teenagers.

Bough some clothes on the afternoon of Sep 9th and the lady working in the store was of great help and had great customer service. I definitely will be going back again soon
