I’ve been waiting to receive the survey to leave my review, but since it never arrived, I’m sharing it here in hopes that management will see it and recognize the associates accordingly. We made a mistake and completed a large purchase using the wrong card. We went to RW&Co at Square One about 30 minutes before closing, hoping we could switch the method of payment. Sommer and another associate (who we believe may be the manager—she was incredibly warm and friendly) assisted us through the entire process with genuine kindness and patience. Sommer had to scan 37 shirts to process the return and then scan them all again for the repurchase—something she could easily have declined so close to the end of her shift. We felt terrible for the extra work, but she provided exceptional service throughout. She took the time to ensure every discount was applied correctly and even helped repack everything for us. We want to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Sommer and the team for their outstanding help. We also work in the service industry, so we understand how meaningful it is to be recognized for your efforts. People often leave reviews only when they have complaints, but excellent service deserves to be acknowledged too. We truly hope Sommer receives the recognition she deserves for her professionalism and dedication. Thank you.
Needed to find a suit last minute, and thanks to Debbie I found the perfect one almost immediately! She was hilarious, incredibly knowledgeable, and made this the most enjoyable shopping experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to Debbie and the rest of the team at RW&Co Square One!
This was my first time buying a suit, and I had a great experience at RW&Co in Square One. Leo was extremely helpful and patient, guiding us through different fits and sizes to find the perfect one. He made the whole process smooth and saved us a lot of time. Big shoutout for the excellent service!
Just got scammed at the square one store. Just bought a shirt, checked my receipt and was charged 50% more than the sign said. Not one shirt on this display was at the posted price. When I asked the manager, she could not explain it. Told me to come back tomorrow because they will be on special and I can a partial discount. False advertising and brutal customer service.
Ahmad is the BEST worker, he is amazing and so friendly. Ask for him every time shop here, he will make your day awesome. Great service in here very organized staff and location. Strongly recommend it
Love to shop here. They have good collection of clothes. Its a little expensive but when they have sales you can get great deals. Customer service could be better but it always depends on who is there
