Employee is extremely unprofessional and rude. They wouldn’t do an exchange without a physical receipt although I have an account with them and I have the same credit card that was used for the purchase less than one week ago. Not only she wouldn’t do the exchange but she talks with attitude. She clearly hates her job.
Ashley was super helpful and understanding when my husband and I brought in a suit we bought from RW&Co. She took the time and effort to listen and genuinely resolve our concerns.

store is clean and easy to shop in. staff is helpful the only issue is the seating in the fitting room those doors keep closing on you so you have to put the wooden chairs against it to hold the door in place and those wooden chair’s definitely need an update. Clearance section was tucked away in a corner definitely look through it there is tons of great finds in there.
I went to the store to pickup an online order. I was waiting in the store for more than half an hour when the rep remembered there was a system error. The item I had ordered is not even in the store while I’m getting reminders to pickup my order before it is cancelled. Cool, that’s fine. Now, instead of refunding me for the item that was not in the store, I was charged again for it. Sweet Black Friday deal! Probably will try avoiding rw&co at Erin mills.
I recently visited this store at Erin Mills Town Centre, the manager Jamel and her staff were very helpful and accommodating, I was able to get everything I wanted and more with the very helpful sales associates at the store. I would recommend this store to everyone who wants to walk out feeling well dressed and great. Thank you for a great experience. Very satisfied customer.
I have been to this store a couple times now and have always had a good experience. However, recently I requested help from an employee. I believe her name was Jamal, who was possibly one of the worst humans I have ever interacted with. She was rude, unknowledgeable, unhelpful and condescending. She appears to be new however since her arrival all the employees around her appear stressed and upset. I was at this store last month and had such a lovely experience, so I believe the major shift in the feel of the store and experience is due to this lady. Truly believe she should be fired.
