Amazing service at this location! Niro was a huge help with selecting a suit! I had to buy a second suit since the process was so helpful and smooth! 10/10 would come again!
Poor customer service and management at this particular branch. Came in to use a birthday voucher to an existing shirt that I already purchased around a week ago. Was told i’d have to return the shirt and pay the current price to apply the voucher. (This was not what the previous employee at another branch had told me.) When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they were on break and couldn’t speak to them. I offered to come back later when the manager would be available and was told they would tell me the exact same thing. This is my second poor experience in the past 1-2 months. Definitely won’t be shopping at this location in the future.
Horrible customer service, especially the store manager or shift manager (whoever that was) had a massive amount of attitude problems. For the paid customers, he shows rude behaviour and unfriendly service. Not only that, the rude behaviour also discouraged me to shop for the rest of the day and impacted negatively! I would never recommend this particular branch to anyone !!
“RW & CO.” Have been to this store once or twice but the extras not that good. Specially the staff here is not so helpful, recently I visited and an asian girl was there and she was not at all in a mood to help me with my online orders. But that’s ok , these three stars are for RW&CO. but not this store. Happy Shopping!!

Poor customer service, rude staff, misleading sale signs to lure customers into the store. I came into the store yesterday around 2:30PM. I noticed there was “40% off workwear” going on. After spending 20-30mins shopping, I ended up buying a pair of pants. Once I got home, I noticed I only got 30% off so I went back to the store for clarification and perhaps a price adjustment. The lady at the counter told me that the sale signs were changed to 30% off at 3:00PM and that the time stamp on my receipt was for 3:16PM so I didn’t get the 40% off. I told her that when I picked out the pants, there was still a 40% sign on the rack and that if the sale had ended at 3:00PM, I should’ve been notified of it while I was cashing out at 3:16. She said she wasn’t there at the time and wouldn’t take my word for it but that she would go check the CCTV cameras to see when the signs were taken off. Upon returning, I was told that I had indeed entered the store before 3:00PM but they changed the signs at 3:00 so I wouldn’t qualify for the 40%off. This was all so bizarre that I was ready to return the pants, when she said she would do me a favor this one time and make the adjustment. I thanked and left but feeling disappointed and quite frankly insulted. The customer service is poor but atleast the staff is punctual. I obviously won’t return to the Heartland branch.

So, if you've ever fantasized about experiencing haute couture with a side of haughty attitude, by all means, waltz right in. But for those who seek to shop without the added bonus of emotional scarring, my humble advice is to sprint away from this pretentious palace and seek fashion salvation elsewhere. Your wallet, your dignity, and your eardrums will thank you.
