Boshra, the owner of RUNG, is an incredibly dishonest and rude person. If you ever do end up shopping here for clothes, especially for Eid, be sure to have EVERYTHING documented including a delivery date on the receipts (make sure everything is legibly written and itemized: what you're buying, what else needs to be done etc.) for any tailoring and/or shipments from Pakistan. Pay with a credit card because in the event she decides to conveniently not have anything in the time she verbally "promises," you will at least be able to get your money back by filing a dispute with your credit card company, which is exactly what had to be done after she proceeded to literally shout "no refunds," despite not delivering ANY promised merchandise, even after having been a customer for years and spending thousands of dollars here.
Such immaculate services with the staff. Absolutely loved my experience with my purchases. Looking forward to shopping with Rung for all future purchases.

Maira and the jewelry aspect within this store is fantastic. However, the clothing aspect of this store (aka Rung) is garbage. The lady who does the clothing has horrible customer service and I would never return. I ordered two dresses from her and when they came, they were not what I asked for even the material was different (the same week of my own wedding event) and when we told her how we felt that we did not receive what we asked for she made us feel like we were crazy (and also motioned to my mom as if she was crazy). We remained calm and nice throughout the entire experience, and out of respect for my mother I did not create a ruckus. However, if I had the chance I would have done so. I do not recommend Rung to anyone who asks me about my dress and never will, this woman is a rip off. Save your money and time.
Review is for Boshra Mann’s Signature Designs, which seems to be operating from this location under the same business. My MIL had a shirt altered, which was altered fine, for quite a steep price point. Considering this, it was quite disappointing receiving the shirt crumpled up in a dirty bag with thread pieces stuck to it. I would like the business owner to remember that they are running a business, not a sabzi mandi where they can just stuff things a bag and throw them at customers.
Maira is a sweetheart. Bought my reception jewellery from her and to this date every time I wear it I get so many compliments. She is so polite to deal with everytime. Love the collection. Highly reccommend
The worst customer service. Fake sale today which is advertised as 50% off. It's like you are shopping in back home. she told us different price and at check out she wants to charge more . We checked regular price for the one of the item before sale was $100. Today, she wants to charge $80 dollars and there was no price tag. Stay away from this type of the business please see reply from owner below- They are expert in lying and keep going lying just to make up the stories. I have the screen shot of the face book advertisement where in it says 50% semi clearance sale( see below). Everyone visited on 27 th and 28th April are witnessed to their sale advertised. They forgot that they are doing business in Canada not back home where they can manipulate to mis guide the public. We will report this incidence alogwith their reply and proof to the Ministry of consumer affairs for their dis honest business practices. shame..shame...shame
