I went to Roots at Square One today and Kianna was of great help! I was looking for pants in my size and saw they did not have any out and was walking away... but she came up to me right away offering to check if they have the size in the back. She brought me many different options and was extremely sweet and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. If you go there ask for Kianna because she was amazing!

Terrible Customer Service – Ruined My Hoodie! I spent $229 CAD on my purchase, and they completely ruined my hoodie because they weren’t paying attention. The patches were messed up due to their carelessness, and when I complained, instead of fixing the issue or even apologizing, the staff member mocked me. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful service is unacceptable. If you care about your items and expect decent customer service, avoid this place.
Horrible customer service! Sales people are rude, don’t greet you and don’t even smile. We came with some relatives from Texas who love the Roots brand, but didn’t end up buying anything because of the service. We felt so unwelcomed, we couldn’t get out of that store fast enough.
