went in today and there was nobody at the fitting room I asked politely at the front where three of the girls were standing just chit chatting and when I asked if I could try something on they had a horrible way too respond as if I asked for there dog or something LMAO?!! The girl was extremely rude for no reason like she wasn’t getting paid to do that one job.
I had an amazing experience here . I stopped by to buy some clothing for myself and an employee named Sydney helped me a lot in finding and trying on the items. She was really respectful and humble.
very bad customer service if I could put zero stars I would lol! they are so rude the way they talk to customers even asking a simple question.. seems to to be the same reviews I’m reading.. you guys might want to reconsider who you are hiring.. and if you cannot be nice and have zero people skills maybe you shouldn’t be working in retail to begin with.. I understand it’s Christmas Eve but there is a way to talk to people and that was not it.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. From the moment we walked in, the negative attitude of the staff was unacceptable . My sister came in to exchange two items for different sizes, and the customer service was completely unacceptable. The employee initially gave incorrect instructions, telling her to return the items and repurchase them, but then seemed unsure and had to call the manager for assistance. Unfortunately, the manager was even worse—dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude. Not only did she tell my sister to pay more than the original price, but she also spoke to her in a condescending and disrespectful manner. My sister simply wanted to know if an exchange was possible, yet she was left confused and mistreated. Employees like this need either proper retraining or replacement to ensure customers are treated with the respect they deserve
I visited this store. A lady named Dilpreet was no help, she made me feel uncomfortable. I felt as though she was talking down to me and being passive aggressive. She made me leave the store empty handed.
Asked the sales associate repeatedly to make sure the order I’m placing goes to the US as it was a surprise gift, only for it to be cancelled and “refunded” a week later. Still waiting for the refund, surprise ruined - super disappointed with the staff.
Silliest store I have ever visited. Do not use your any gift card as there’s a lady she forced me to place online order using gift card and then she said there’s an error so order can’t be placed but the money is on your account. Now I see there’s nothing. I wish I could find that lady and swear on her face
