WARNING: This store does NOT take returns at all. Beware, they have it written in some fine print in the store, but don’t tell you when you’re making a purchase. Also a ton of their items can’t be verified because theres no authentication with them so their authenticity source is, (Trust me mam). So if you can buy the same streetwear literally anywhere else that does take returns, do that. I could encourage you to report them for unethical practices, do a credit card chargeback etc, but the best advice is just don’t go there. They are as sketchy as the store appears. Also look at their other reviews, they are highly suspicious, some mention new york, others profiles aren’t even Canadian. There are pictures of places that aren’t even in Canada. Be careful on the internet people or you’ll lose hundreds too.
Plus sells high end street wear & sneakers at fair prices. My 11yo son loves this store and their IG vids. The owner, Jin, and all the employees are very personable and polite. They are always so kind to my son & his friends, which is honestly touching. He recently purchased a Cactus Jack tee for a great price and is saving up for when they restock Denim Tears hoodies.
I had a wonderful experience. When I was there, there was many good vibes in the store. The workers asked for everything I needed. Prices a bit of of my budget but the discount is good. There is always a promotion going on so there is some thing u could find.
I'm deeply saddened that 7 of their locations have closed except for this one. I've never shopped here before, but I've browsed through the items on their website. They have sneakers, streetwear and collectibles available and the prices are reasonable.

A recent visit to PLUS store at square one in Mississauga, convinced me by my 12 year kid, which had advertised a seemingly unbelievable promotion: high-demand sneakers, including $500 Jordans, for just $5. Understandably, this attracted a massive turnout of young sneaker enthusiasts, eager to snag a deal. Unfortunately, the reality of the promotion was far from the expectations set. Upon arrival, it quickly became apparent that the promotion was more of a bait-and-switch tactic than a genuine offer. This left the majority of eager customers, who had lined up for hours, deeply disappointed and frustrated. once inside the store, customers found themselves faced with overpriced merchandise. Items such as basic t-shirts were marked up to $50, despite the initial lure of the $5 shoe offer. This strategy appeared to be a deliberate ploy to drive foot traffic into the store under false pretenses, only to sell them other overvalued products. This kind of deceptive marketing is not just unethical but harmful, especially as it preys on the enthusiasm and trust of young consumers. Many parents were convinced by their children to participate, only to leave with disappointment and subpar products. In conclusion, potential customers should approach Plus store with caution. The quality of both the products and customer service is lacking, and the marketing tactics employed are misleading at best.
Plus is a great store to visit in Square One. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Martin, he answered all my questions professionally, he was really kind and helped me out a lot! 5/5 service⭐️⭐️
