Worst experience here. Be careful buying items here. They are largely unhygienic and they'll make you call customer service and then go back to them and they cannot guarantee that they'll even help you. I would personally never shop here again for their synthetic items and apparently customers are returning things in a very unhygienic way.
Came here today and received amazing customer service !! I forgot the name of the girl but she did not hesitate to help me with everything and I really appreciate how she was there to offer me advice for certain items. She quickly gave me everything I needed to try on, especially when it was hard for me to navigate the store at first.
Horrible customer service. I never had this issue with other garage stores. They did not even tried to help me. Felt horrible and unwelcoming in store.
Went to pick up a jacket I ordered online. It had dirty tissues, lighters and some miscellaneous items inside of the jacket pocket. I was told that I would not be given a refund on this purchase by the associate.
When i asked for NO bag, i still got charged for one and they gave me it? When i asked to return the bag and get my refund, they said there's no way to refund me... it's literally just $0.10 and i'm wondering why they didn't have a single coin in-store
I recently had gone into the store to return a corset I had bought three weeks prior. The item had tags attached, was within the 30 day return policy, and was only ever tried on in store. When I came to the cash to return it, the cashier was incredibly rude to me and accused me of returning used clothing. The manager then also came in and accused me of the same thing. Do not come to this store if you are looking for a pleasant experience or to shop in general. The associates and management are incredibly rude and unprofessional, as accusing customers of wearing products they never had on for more than 2 minutes when trying on was a first for me. I ended up returning the item at another Garage location and they on the other hand saw nothing wrong with the product or did not accuse me. Tags attached, size tag perfectly brand new, and the garment with no signs of wear is something any trained worker should identify. Unfortunately the workers at this Square One location do not comprehend that. The experience still remains and a word of advice is DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!!!
Had a huge order and wasn’t happy w the quality of certain items so I called in this location and Natasha was accommodating and went above and beyond by sourcing all the items I needed. Thank you Garage for having awesome employees such as Natasha that turned my day around
