My mother in law went to shop with my children yesterday. When it was time to cash out the cashier was kind at first. Then when it came to payment my MIL came with a $100 bill and that's when the cashier's demeanor made a 180. According to my MIL she made her feel like a criminal and others in line behind watched as she stated she'd call over her supervisor to check if it was real. The kids and my MIL had a great shopping experience until then. The supervisor came and confirmed it was real. There was no explanation. No apology. Nothing. We are a visible minority so it left a sour taste in all of our mouths. Definitely no longer shopping here. Feeling like a criminal is never a way to end a shopping trip. Especially when our hard earned money is spent.
Cashier I had on that day I was there, Nov 21 at 10:45am, didn’t seem to want to be there. Not good customer service, find another job of your not happy. Don’t bring down the customer while they are paying your salary!
The opening time is 9, people are waiting outside and they are still mopping the floors with doors locked! It's already 9:20!!!! Update: still not open @ 9:30!!
I have been shopping at this Forever 21 for a while now. I did visit the SQuare one Location on Saturday, I.e for the Labour day Weekend, I mean obviously coz they are apprently they had a ADDITIONAL 70% on already Markdown items. I picked a couple dress and took them to cash, they did scan at a wrong price however they were marked way below. And the cashier decided to honor the price. However, when the 3rd item item scanned wrong and then she called in the Manager and the - RUDE MANAGER GOES LIKE WE AREN'T GONNA HONOR THE PRICE.Like seriously. Like they are just wack. I mean they look at everyone as shop lifters , There are instances where the prices are not even marked properly on the outfits at times. I mean I was accepting a better behavior from the store. DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT AT LEAST. I expected the Manager to be a little More Mature then the cashier - Taking into consideration his position and the FACT THAT HE WAS A MANAGER , I DEFINITELY EXPECTED HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO BE TOP NOCH. -
Today, I was at f21, and I needed help, the manager on the floor.... I think his name was Alex? totally useless, very rude, he needs to take a nap sweetie, find a better job/treat others better. goodnight

The employeex takd for ever pulling ur online orders out in the back. I only ordered two shirts and it took them over 10 minutes after having to wait in a regular line up
