Went there on Wednesday, they have such good deals and especially on the items for sports. Good prices with good quality, I must say staff is really helpful. They helped me find the exact item I was looking for so long. the girl at cash gave me heads up on all promotions on each item. Worth spending money Definitely coming back to this place......
Bluenotes store is a big store where you can find everything for daily wear for both mens and women. Apart from it, this store mostly have offers on the store like buy 1 get 2 free or 50% off which helps a lot of people to buy 3 items in an affordable prices.
Horrible customer service. I came in with my parents at 7:35 pm on January 8 and the employees were very rude and ignored us. They didn’t offer any assistance when I came in with my family and there were only 5 customers in the store including us. We had to retrieve all the clothes we wanted ourselves using the hanger reaching rod and even had to find a changing room on our own. When I tried to ask an employee for help (female employee wearing a white hijab), she walked away from us, then returned only to talk to her friends before walking away again. We spoke to the manager about it, but she basically ignored what we said. The only thing she mentioned was that the employee who ignored us wasn’t clocked in. So if you’re not clocked in then why wear the stores name tag while not working? I didn’t notice she was an employee because she was just talking and laughing the entire time we were there. Even if she wasn’t clocked in, that doesn’t give her the right to ignore people. She could have simply said she wasn’t clocked in at the moment, and we would have understood. When speaking to the manger she came up to us only to mention that she wasn’t a “slave”. No one ever said that word so now she’s just putting words in peoples mouths. The only thing the manager said to the girl was to take off her name tag so people wouldn’t “bother her”. Everything was handled very poorly. No communication skills whatsoever. Very disappointed.
My son and I visited the store in the afternoon on Aug 29th and an absolutely lovely young lady helped us with our selections. Her name escapes me even though I did ask her for her name. She was helpful, thoughtful with her suggestions, and overall the perfect personality for the store. She knew the products very well also! We had so much fun going through all the selection of casual and comfy clothing. My one criticism would be of the size of the store. It’s a bit small for the product choices and square one location which is quite busy.
Today may 11 in the afternoon around 4:30, two associates that were very nice and helpful towards what I needed. And we’re very patient as I am a senior with hearing problems
I don't like them at all... Product quality is very low, and the service is terrible ! the casheir lady (with color hair) swore on me while I'm leaving !!! becsuse I complained about the store policy of exchanging
Recently visited this store and found very friendly manager there his name is Chris. He is really good at customer service and helped us to get us good stuff. He went beyond and he did price match from online which was different in store.. highly recommend.. good stuff with cheaper price..
