Ignore this location !!! Worst customer service and very unprofessional staff. I have been to the Eaton Centre location and very knowledgeable and professional staff working. Went to this location to exchange a sweater and purchase a few more clothes became a worst experience ever. Staff has no clue how to exchange and what the return policy is. Worst is the store manager. Have been to every single clothing store but never went through a bad experience like this. Help yourself, go to a different location, and save your time and money.

Such a rude store manager her name melini, she don't know how to talk with customers. First she was not opening the changing room after that she was taking stuff from my hand for counting very badly. Why bluenote hiring unprofessional sales person. When they don't know how to talk with customers.
I was about to buy 3 pairs of pants from Blunotes Erin Mills, and the girl at the store was so grumpy and rude I walked out with nothing. Maybe that's why your store is empty, maybe you need to hire people with a better attitude?
I have had many great experiences in this store with regards to customer service from Imran. He has always been helpful and honest. His admirable character traits were even more noticeable in his most recent act of kindness. This Christmas I exchanged pants at this store and unknowingly left 70 dollars in the pocket. I routinely left my number with the cashier, as it was requested when I made the exchange. Later that evening, Imran saw the money and worked to track the customer who made the return. He immediately called me to let me know that he discovered the money in my pocket and waited for me to pick it up. I am grateful for his kindness and honesty. Thank you, Imran!
