I personally had a great experience visiting this location. The associate that helped me out was Michaela. She’s helped me thrice this far. Very customer centric, open ended questions, and always gives the best recommendations based off of personal taste ! I’d highly encourage anyone to pay this spot a visit.
The gentleman in front suggested me a new vape because they didn't carry the one I want. Within 2 days it stopped working. I went back to exchange it on the 4th day as it was the weekend and i don'tlive in the city, the lady infront said they got 24 hour policy which is not displayed in the store or I was informed about it while making the purchase. They didn't even try to do anything (apologize or offer a discount for a new one) than trying to sell me another one, which I didn't even know the brand. Bad business etiquette. Try to take your business somewhere else. Thank you for showing what kind of business we have to avoid.
They have a sign hanging over the disposable vapes that reads "disposable vapes 15% off" I buy a disposable vape, pay look at receipt no discount. I inquire about it "oh, not those ones". Very misleading, bad practice. Will not be back, go elsewhere where they are transparent about pricing. My confusion comes from your misleading pricing practices, maybe clearly indicate which products are on sale, hope the 2.99 was worth the bad review.
It's my favourite store when I am shopping for my vibe, the employees are professional and nice people, really I like them, the prices are affordable.
I always come by here and purchase the disposable STLTH 5k's. I've never had an issue before but recently I bought 2 packs and one of them has a defect. I called the store to advise of the situation and the employee told me he can't do anything about it and that I should open ALL my vapes in the store to check them before leaving. It's one thing to have a defective product and it's another to receive below average customer service. I didn't ask for a refund, I had asked if I can exchange it. I'm going to try speaking to the manager and will update my experience on this review accordingly. Apparently every time I call, manager is not there...
Worst service low stock on supplies and workers half the time don't know what's going on will be going to city vapes and smoke Hurontario and Dundas from now on well stocked on product and very helpful customer service
Extremely rude lady behind the counter. Didnt want to repeat herself and every time she did it was in an extremely rude manner. Will never go back again.
