Went in for a tank talked to Caleb great guy really helpful got what I needed and made sure the coils were in stock so I could come back and grab when need 5 star customer service
Came in to get a new level x pod and a battery. Finished my purchase and went to my car, tried the pod and battery and it was malfunctioning and burning super hot, no smoke production and intermittently firing. I went back inside and talked to the associate and she told me they don't do exchanges or returns even though I had the receipt. They told me to just buy another one and see if it works and I told them why would I spend money on another possibly defective product that you won't exchange? She just stood their and looked at me. Now I'm out of $60 and a vape. Absolutely disappointing service.
Absolutely terrible experience. This vape shop is disgusting — the place is dirty, the service is horrible, and the staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I bought an electronic cigarette from them and it was defective right out of the box. When I went back to return or exchange it, they refused to help and didn’t take any responsibility. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually respects customers. It does not deserve any star
Every time I go into signature Vape the employees are so welcoming so friendly and very professional and very helpful and that's what I strive on because First Impressions always count with me keep doing a great job I recommend all my friends to go to the store
Good selection. Great customer service! They always remember who I am and what I want every time. Yes, the prices might be a little higher than some other places but the service levels more than make up for it!
Hello Everyone, I have recently purchased a vape and couple of juices from this place. I was not happy with the vape actually it was malfunctioning. A lot of juice was leaking into my mouth. I went back to the store they told me to get new pods and try it, if it’s leaking they told me they were going to take it back or exchange with a new one. However, the new pods also leaked so there is a problem with the machine. I went back in 2 weeks to replace it and the thing they told me that “all our sales are final we cannot accept returns or exchanges”. I even showed the return policy on there website, which you can return in 30days, the store insistently said No we cannot take it back. Long story short, don’t make the mistake I did which is doing business with this unprofessional vape store!
This is by far my favourite vape shop. Nice trendy design, excellent variety of flavours to taste and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend paying a visit !!
