Always a good experience here! The people behind the counter are super nice and helpful. They’ve got a solid selection of juices and disposables, and they’re always down to recommend something new. Vibes are good, prices are fair, and it’s become my regular stop
Extremely rude service. Walked in with my scooter because the store was empty, and instead of politely asking, the salesperson barked at me to leave it outside — with zero respect. If you care so little about your customers, maybe you shouldn’t be in retail. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Stopped by to grab a lighter, expecting a quick purchase, but the service was incredibly slow. The cashier had to go to the back just to get a single lighter, and I ended up waiting around five minutes for something that should have taken seconds. Most smoke shops keep lighters at the front cash for easy access—why not here? It just made the whole experience unnecessarily time-consuming. Definitely not the kind of efficiency I’d expect. Go some place else!
"Very bad experience. I went to this place with my friend to buy tobacco with a filter and papers for $60. He put up a sign offering free water for vape customers. I asked him if I could get this water, but he did not answer. Then I found that he charged me for it on the receipt!!"
I started going to Dixie smoke & vape shops November of last year.. the owners are great. I usually deal with Patel. He’s an amazing guy, I had some problems with my device and my juices he did not hesitate to replace my device and a new pack of juice for free zero charge.. he didn’t tell me or give me an email of the companies to contact them myself and solve my problem. He actually took it upon himself and gave it to me for free since November till now I don’t go anywhere else except to Dixie Vapes.. thank you for your excellent customer servic. Jacob.
Anyone who would like to feel disrespectful come over to smoke shop .Once there is favorite customer they will ignore you completely regardless that you come over first . I was the customer too .... Should respect everyone equal....
Perfect smoke shop in Gta , they got all smoke accessories which so many smoke places don't even have ,best bongs and deals on vaporizers, I am very happy to visit this place with my friends and the shop owners are pleasant personality
