30 mins after the store hours say they should be open, doors are locked no one in sight. No answer on the phone number. Very unreliable and unprofessional
Popped by for my first time after I was referred to the store by someone online. I have to say, everything about the store exceeded my expectations. The location isn't huge, but I was blown away by the selection on everything from juices to hardware. I came in for a dry herb vape & a nic vape, and the selection on both kinds was great. They carried everything from entry-level pod vapes to higher quality box mods, and had a really impressive selection of juice. I wasn't in shopping for juice, but took a quick glance through the wall and noticed a lot of really good juices that have been very popular amongst vapers recently. They even carried a few glass pieces and grinders for your 420-friendly smokers, making it a truly one-stop shop which I really appreciated. The products carried were great, and the customer service was even better. Ryan helped me with my purchase. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about all of the products, really took his time to answer any and all of my questions and he even gave me a solid deal on pricing. I will certainly be back, and highly recommend this store for all your vape needs.
Have been frequenting another vape shop for the last few years and I've got to say Switch is blowing that store outta the water right now! Super friendly, clean, and a massive selection of juices and hardware. Definitely have yourself a new local customer. Also, that Aqua Coco Coconut Lime is blowing my face clean off! Solid recommendation! ?
It honestly doesn't get any better than Ryan and co. over at Switch. Go in for some info (of which they have plenty) and stay for the flavors. Best selection I've found (hardware and juice) and he even brought in a flavor based on preferences I described in passing. Eeeeasy FIVE stars!!
Excellent customer service the gentleman treated my husband amazing! He knew about each vape machine we pointed to, the gentleman knew his vapes!! We will go there for now on!!
