Love the store and location and will likely return as long as the person working when I visited is not there. I forgot my ID because I wasn’t expecting to have time to buy anything today. Understandable that I’m not allowed to buy anything because I couldn’t verify my age but the lady wouldn’t even let me ask any general questions before saying I couldn’t talk about anything in the store without my ID. I had an unedited picture and a sweater on with my grad year it’s not like I’m lying about my age. I understand age legally needs to be verified in order to purchase (and usually enter the store) my concern is when I can’t even ask a question to know whether or not to return to the store. Just wanted to know if they carried a certain flavour. Would much rather take my business to the weed shop nearby me where they ask for ID at the door than walk into a lovely store and get yelled at by an employee who looked younger than me. And sure the employee didn’t mean to be rude but I am a sensitive person and the women could have been nicer about the one minute ordeal.
Haven't been to the store in a while, but I'm glad to see that the staff are still super nice and helpful, I just wanna give Jeremy a shout-out for being a real one and patiently helping me out.
The staff here is amazing and they had one of the best customer service I ever had experienced I believe one of the guy was name rich and I totally forgot the other guys name but they were both very sweet! I will be going back for some more vapes soon ☺️
All the staff at vape meet Mississauga is very personable and friendly but today Adam recommended me a flavour as my go to was sold out and he got it just right they have great customer service would definitely recommend
Since i moved to streetsville this has been my go to vape shop & from the first day, Jeremy (manager) was nothing but helpfull in finding what I needed & most important great energy! Doesn't make you feel rushed or dumb based on your knowledge.
Adam and Jeremy were amazing and talked me through everything dealing with vapes and solutions, Adam even helped me put the device together, explaining how to use it and the do's and don'ts I would recommend this place to anyone they are very informative
Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a starter at vaping or even experienced vaper. Also lots of great eliquid flavours and good day of the week deals. extremely efficient! Adam was a great help
