This store leaves mixed impressions. If you see a discount on their website, be careful – in the store, they might charge you a completely different amount! For example, they had an Elfbar on sale for $18.99, but when I came to the store, they charged me $29 with taxes and some other unexplained fees! While other stores operate smoothly, here you might face unpleasant surprises.
Update: it was my mistake and they did fx the issue by sending me another one, thanks to their customer service you will never lose, trust them. By the way its not my only order i order a lot from this site you can trust it and they even have physicals store too in ontario. They had a promotion buy 5 and get one free (Allo tobacco classic) They sent me only 5 and when i messaged their customer support they dont answer been few days now, i will never buy again from these scammer
