Bought a vape here after the associate told me it was mint flavoured. It was Apple. The associate handed it to me. I went in right after (i was in the parking lot) to get the right flavour but they refused to exchange it even though it was their fault. They said I needed to buy a new one. Horrible customer service
Bad customer service, half black half white kid doing a bad job to be honest, tryna rush me so he can eat his food, I got nothing to do with your schedule and lunch break, wanted to slap him for being ignorant but had to contain myself
Great customer service. Guy named Sammy there was the best, he’s a legend! Brought in a defective vape and wasn’t aware how bad it really was. Saved me for sure.
Ben is super helpful and nice. He is extremely informative and knows what he is talking about. Ben showed me a new product that I haven't considered before.. and showed me why it was an upgrade over the product I initially came in for. He's is a very genuine guy. He need a raise!
Lotus (Sp?) Was awesome. First time someone at a Vape Shop actually pulled the product I buy and kept it to be sure I didn't run out. I called her Lotus like the Car coz she was so fast thinking to take care of her customers. But the funny thing is the name Lotus comes from the Greek Mythology and was a traditional girl's name. The girl would be known to eat the fruit of the Lotus plant (flower) she would the. Fall into a state of blissfully forgetfulness. Vape Hut on Dundas everyone, best service ever, and ask for Lotus , like the Car ..not the Lotus fruit.?
The employee that works there, Lotus, was an absolute delight. Sweet, genuine, and funny girl and really offered excellent help to me and my friend :) hope to see her again and come back soon! Ps her outfit and hair are worth stopping by for, literally the cutest <3
