Very expensive To Owner... Hey, I left that review because of the pricing — nothing personal, just honesty. Shops like Canvape east of you usually have the same disposable vapes (60–80k puffs) for $2–4 less. I only come to your location because it’s convenient, but whenever I get the chance, I restock at Canvape or Roxy since the pricing is more consistent. Your website mentions price matching, but in-store staff told me it doesn’t apply. Other stores do match in person, so that part was confusing. That’s all the review was — feedback based on my experience and the price difference I’ve seen.
Staff is always nice and helping but PLEASE be aware of the “clearance vapes or buy one get one deals” The reason they have this is because the vapes are near expired and taste absolutely horrible. Nothing they can do which I understand but they should let customers know that the vapes could have a chance of being faulty.
I bought a geek bar that had some complications with it. Went back to the store and showed me receipt seeing what they can do and they couldn’t do anything for a defective product. Not good customer support
I’ve been going here for quite a while now. My best friend and I both use the same vape and purchase often. I was told you won’t be restocking vozol products for a while, without a reason why. I drive 15 minutes out of my way because I know you carry this product. We will have to find a new store if we can’t find what we’re looking for.
