Elf bar10k dies within 5 days of me having it from this location. At first I thought I got a bad one so I tried again and they both died within 5 days. Anywhere else they last me weeks.
The manager of this store is unbelievably rude. She sold me a vape that tasted burnt and when I requested that she check it she said it smelt fine and maybe it’s something I drank or ate. Granted 4 people tried this vape and confirmed that the flavor was burnt. I would not recommend going into this store and dealing with the disrespectful staff who clearly have no idea how to deal with customers. I asked to talk to someone who would try to help however they declined.
Purchased a couple vapes from this location and will continue to purchase my vapes here. 10/10 customer service and I love the assortment of different flavor vapes. Their prices are awesome as well!
The service from their online department was extremely disappointing. I ordered a pack of pods for just $10, but if I wanted to return or exchange them, they charged an additional 10% restocking fee plus the shipping fee. What surprised me the most was that after placing an order online, I couldn’t even exchange it in-store. The customer service was very rude and unhelpful. Not a good experience at all.
they scammed me into thinking i was getting a deal and they sold me an overpriced vape that is selling for less than half of the price in other stores. avoid these scammers at all cost, all their products they carry are sold cheaper in other stores.
