We have been using Winston & Friendz for both daycare, boarding & occasional grooming since fall 2023. The staff are always friendly, professional and show an abundance of love and care to our dog (5 year old Labrador). Our dog always goes in with her tail wagging and comes home happy and tired! We are happy to recommend W&F to anyone looking for a great doggy daycare :)
Winston and Friendz provides consistently friendly service, and my dog is always beautifully groomed and smells great. I love that they send my dog home with a cute bandana each visit.
We love this place! My dog always perks up in the back seat when he realizes we are on our way and wags his tail all the way inside. The animal carers are so friendly and happy to welcome everyone's pets! Great job everyone!!!
I love taking my dog here for her grooming daycare and boarding needs the staff is very friendly and attentive to all the fur babies and you can tell they enjoy what they do and treat our fur baby with top notch care
This is my first time with a doggy day care and it was the best experience for me and my Rosie. They took good care of her and Rosie had such a good time. I dont think she wanted to leave. Thanks to all the staff for welcoming and looking after my girl.
Great facilities and a fantastic environment, but our experience with Winston and Friendz left us wishing for more. Our dogs, Rocky and Daisy, didn't receive the personalized attention we had hoped for. Despite the reasonable price, the services didn't live up to our expectations. Sadly, we can't say we're satisfied clients.
Winston and Friendz took great care of my Bloo and Stella ( daschunds) for the 4-5 weeks that we were away. I called them atleast once a week and they were very responsive, giving me reassuring and detailed updates that they were doing well and adjusting to being boarded. I could tell the dogs also warmed up well to the staff in the facility on pick up. Everything was clean, orderly, and very well maintained in this facility- I felt very reassured having them take care of my dogs :) We'll definitely be back for all of our boarding needs with Winston! Thank you guys for taking care of our precious family ??
