I'm gonna be honest I have never taken my animal here but reading how the owner or management chooses to respond to their 1 star reviews shows what type of sarcastic attitude you'll be in for if you do book an appointment... I hope who ever this Renee is has gotten fired, she seems to really be bringing your business down! I've never seen one employee name soo many times connected to bad reviews...
My experience with this groomer was one time but not very pleasant. The lady (groomer) seems to be always hyper throughout my communication with her , and the place is very dirty. My pet was not cleaned properly and the coat still had dirt and tangles after the grooming. Feels like they are rushing to do the job. My pets nails were cut too short as well. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. I am hesitant to bring my pet back here
Very bad experience! The worst ever! The lady get upset we've got 5 min earlier to appt. Raising her voice that we disturb the dog that she was trimming. Then refused us very rudely! I'll never go back there.
I absolutely LOVE this place for a pet spa. It is located right around the corner from my house and the staff there deliver customer service excellence along with genuine care and charisma to the pets attending. When I brought in my rescue, they were gentle and knowledgeable in sharing the next steps I needed to take to bring her into good health again. So considerate and kind. Leslie is very sweet, in fact all the ladies working there are. Thank you for all your hard work. If you're ever looking for a pet spa with fresh natural smelling shampoos and products, this is your place. Highly recommend their services!
Amazing service, fantastic value. Took my 2 Golden Retrievers there for bath and grooming. I've been to other places, however Peticure Paws surpassed all of them in terms of cost and service provided. My Golden's fur has never been so soft or so clean. They were deshedded so I am no longer covered in fur every time I pet them. They look truly amazing I highly recommend Peticure Paws.
Experienced and friendly staff. And take great care and patience! My dog is very aggressive and has history of biting 2 other groomers before.. But these folks showed patience and managed to pacify her before starting anything.. Now my dog doesn't mind.. Kudos!
Rene and front desk administrator were professional and service was great, pointers were made towards my goldendoodle which they noticed and as per their time of when my dog was ready, they were efficient!!! Great visit and service for my first time tgier and will return without a doubt!
