My dog always looks wonderful when she returns from her visit to Pawsh Dog! Even our vet complimented us on how clean and well-kept her ears are. She always gets a photo too, which I love to share with my friends. Great job!
They took care of my dog professionally and under 2 hours. Best cut we've received since we've had Marvin (2.5 years). They we're able to handle his anxiety better than the other 4 places we've tried. Great service. Definitely, will be going back!!
I was very disappointed with the outcome of their service. I brought my golden doodle to them and the conclusion was they wanted to shave her down. I said that I was not going to do that. She said well “it will take too much time” to comb her out BUT showed me how I can do it. Now by her showing me this I thought hmm this is what I wanted to pay you for. My business instinct would have kicked in and said let me schedule you in where I have more time to work with her. I would have paid. I was expecting to pay but all I got was the complete lazy answer of I don’t want to work for it or maybe I could be getting more dogs in. I’m not sure what to think.I walked out very disappointed.
We brought our dog here for the teddy bear cut about a week before Christmas and we were not impressed at all ! Our dog had long spots left all over her and her chest was left about 3 inches longer then the rest of her body, it was an embarrassment having her at family events during the holidays and having to tell everyone that we spent 170$ on her grooming to have her look like my 3 year old niece did it with her scissors from school. We reached out to the groomers and the one guy helped out alittle by fixing a few spots on her but then after talking to them they admitted they were busy that day and said our dog was had to dry as she didn’t like the dryer ( news to us because we do it at home with no issues) we booked this appointment weeks in advance so the excuse of being busy does not work at all, maybe they shouldn’t book so many dogs so they can take the appropriate time to groom a dog. The company has not reached back out to us at all, hasn’t offered any sort of refund or nothing! Really didn’t want to have to leave a google review like this but maybe this will be the only way to have them deal with this situation!
We highly recommend Pawsh Dog. Darren is an excellent groomer and deeply invested in the wellbeing of his dogs. Our dog actually enjoys going to the groomer now.
Friendly service in the phone. My dog is not very comfortable to get groomed but Pawsh Spa did an amazing job on getting him clean. The cut was pawfect
Had such a great first experience at Pawsh but my second visit for my dog was very disappointing. This location forgot to cut the dewclaw on my dog, when this was part of the pixie cut package. I would have cut them myself but my puppy is so fussy, that’s why I just pay a professional to do it. The package also includes a report card and photos with a nice background and props, which is why I liked this company as it was a nice additional touch. This time around I had to call multiple times to get this uploaded on my dogs profile. I should not have to remind the groomer about this as this is part of the job duties. And the photos taken were horrible… my dogs eyes were closed on the grooming table with the harness still on. Horrible 2nd experience, I do not think I will be booking again with this groomer. Happy to discuss this with a manager.
