Today I took my Puppy for grooming at DERRY village SPAW. I specifically told them don’t chopped my dog because of my dog is fluffy puppy. And there’s one employee was working on one dog so I pointed fingers at him don’t do anything like that dog. I choose one size for my puppy but at last they chopped him like that same dog . I am really disappointed they’re served. There’s no professional touch. I can do at home with professional machines like same they did with my puppy. I am not recommending to go there. They should not ask for the owner to be which’s the choice to make for them. They have one particular design for every dog’s cut . I am very upset with my puppy looks.

I love this place! My dog went there as a puppy. We moved and it was not convenient to travel. I recently returned to them. I am so sad I didn't travel sooner. They are the best!
Great service. I took my puppy for haircut and spa package. I was pleasantly impressed when he came out all neat and trimmed. From the phone call to book to the time for pick up, great customer service. I am happy the owner is back and took service to next level.
Constantly receiving spam messages from them, even though I've never been their customer. After I called and requested to be removed from their advertising list and they said "ok" nothing has changed. Blocked and reported.
Took my pup in today for a bath, overall trim and nail trim. Vanessa was so great. Pup came back looking like a rockstar and was super happy. Usually he gives me some drama with baths and nails but he had no issue here. Really liked that there are dogs on site so my pup can be distracted from the bath and focus more on friends. The pricing is also super reasonable. Will be coming in regularly from now on even though I am in a different city. Worth it! Also oh my gosh the little easter bandana he came home with was so cute.
Took my cat in for a walk in sanitary trim. The lady at the shop spent 10 minutes blindly trimming around his hind legs and bum without checking for any symmetry. When I brought my cat back home, I noticed one side completely untrimmed, so I basically got charged $22 for a blind 10 minute trim.
