This is the only place I bring my large Weimaraner. Kamala and her staff are amazing and have a magic touch. I drive 30 mins, just to have this Quality experience for my dog.

Doggie delight is absolutely the best dog grooming place I have experienced! Not only is the services affordable my dogs always come out looking amazing !

I highly recommend this place. They have consistently treated our dog like their own. As well, they are very pleasant and courteous to their customers.

Since this is getting to the insane level where my dog is being accused that he caused the injury to himself while “jerking”, I think I need to share the full story here. My only question to the groomer and the owner as they were both holding him, how hard do you have to hold that the dog injuries his spine? Like you will hold him no matter what just to finish the job? We also only saw 5-10 Minutes of surveillance, that showed the beginning , and the end of the appointment. So where is the rest of the video? Yes he did attend your salon for almost two years, but don’t say that nothing ever happened. He often had cut on his inner legs, specially near his private zones. Everytime we asked to be careful when washing his head, he still ended up with with ear infection. And during the last appointment, the groomer trimmed his nail too much which caused bleeding. I wish we didn’t bring him back to you earlier but we thought it’s an accident cause overall haircut was good. So Richie attended the grooming apptoimtnet on July 8. After we picked him up, he was acting very strange but we thought maybe he is upset after appointment. So with each day he refused to walk, stand, run, play or move at all. All he wanted to do is lay down, even that was uncomfortable for him cause he could not rest his head. After a week, we saw our vet, he said he has some injury to his spine and neck. They gave us some meds and painkillers, but unfortunately that didn’t help. Richie started to loose feeling in his left leg, he would cry form the pain and could not sleep anymore. After seeing our vet again, they said we should probably see a neurologist cause he is suffering a lot. So two vets were saying that it can be due to age, but something like a trauma provoked it. Specially, Richie never had episodes with back or neck pain. So of course, we went to the grooming place to check the cameras. The owner showed only the benging of the appointment when I dropped him off and the end when they were cutting his nails. On the video, we could see how the owner and the groomer are both holding him, moving him around kind of aggressivly, and at one point she suddenly knocked him on the side. Also one of the ladies was holding him around his neck and you can see how he is very uncomfortable and trying to get out. Also at this time he was wearing plastic collar on his neck. Of course, I cannot prove that they did something intentionally and etc but they way they were treating him was not kind. They didn’t try to calm him down or make him confirmatbale. The groomer said that she has to do it cause she has to finish the job. At the end she also said “ I don’t feel any guilt”. So they never said sorry, or asked to let them know how he feels. Like no sympathy at all. I later asked the owner for the copy of the video, she said that I am misinterpreting the video and stopped replying to me. Our appointment was scheduled for tomorrow at Toronto Animal Health Partners. Yesterday , Richie was refusing to eat or go to the washroom, and at one point he was standing up and collapsed on his side , crying from the pain. So we just went to the hospital right away. He got admitted, needed an MRI , and possibly a surgery. He was diagnosed with IVDD, which can only be resolved by doing a surgery. They did an emergency surgery on him, he is doing great and hopefully will be home tomorrow. There is a very long recovery ahead but at least he is healthy now and can enjoy his life. Like if you can’t find approach to the pet, can’t handle if they are not doing what you want them to do, please stay away from this profession. They are small creatures who can’t speak for themselves. They believe in humans and want to be treated with kindness. Also, my close friend that goes there as well had an episode the last time she went there. She brought her dog for an appointment and while holding him in his arms, he peed himself once they walked in. This shows how scared and anxious the dog felt. So may be there is a reason why dogs “are not cooperating”.

My dog (full groom) and cat (mani/pedi) have been “clients” since Doggie Delight opened. We have a wonderful relationship with Kamila and Beata and even though my dog is not the easiest, he always looks amazing after his spa day with them. I tried another (closer) groomer once who could not finish the job and Kamila “fixed” him up! See pics.

Doggy delight is the best grooming salon I’ve been to for my cat. From the minute I walked in , such a pleasant atmosphere the ladies are true artists at what they do . My cat looked very comfortable. Did not fidget one bit and looked fantastic when she was done. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you ladies.

BIG CHEAT / BULLY Had a very bad experience . please dont go if you love your dog. they lure you by giving you a lesser quote and then when you actually come pick your pet, the Owner's son will say your dog is a difficult dog and will charge more. even if you are willing to pay what they demand, the son Sameer will then say they only take cash. Now who takes cash these days during Covid pandemic?. i called in few times asking for the charges, and no body told me they will take cash. He continued to SHOUT and THREATEN me . I was only carrying my Credit card.. Even his employees lie on your face, since they fear for their jobs. Nicole, whom i spoke with on the phone, told me my pet is ready to be picked up, but never told me that they will only take cash, but at the shop lied on my face saying she did. I asked him to let me go get cash , but he opened my car door and wont let me close it. I feared that he would Assault me, but got saved by another customer who walked in his store at this time. i almost called the police , but then his torn changed with other customers around. The owner is the sweetest and that is why i took my pet there for grooming. but his son is a big bully. i wish i had called the police . Never again will i subject my pet and myself to this mean, scary, dangerous situation.
