This is my second time going to Crowned Canines and it is amazing! I am so proud and happy of their work. Jade is just pure joy and I couldn’t be more grateful for her. She truly groomed Millie with love and care. She gave great advices for the next grooming. I truly appreciate her work. Will 10000% recommend this place. It is worth every single penny! The girl gromng my pet today didn't listen what I wanted leave my dogs looking as a rat no hair at all plus she charge $338 because she said for dustangle the hair wish hair she cut all hair very shoth ,dont go there worse experience ,plus she was rude .
I did my research when finding a groomer for my Pomeranians. When I saw all the amazing before and afters, reviews and had a conversation with the owner about all my requests and concerns about my anxious dogs. I knew I found the right place! The whole experience was amazing and my dogs look cuter than ever. They were both so well behaved all day which means they also had a great experience. Definitely highly recommend.
They did a great job with my doodle’s first haircut! He had a few matts (one on his ear and a few on stomach and legs). I brush him daily but I was scared that he would get fully shaved. He came out in a great shape! Would definitely recommend! Just one minor detail: I was quoted 95-110, but the final bill came out to be 155. It sounded a bit strange that my puppy (medium size) was considered as a large dog.
I have never given a business a negative review before, but I was completely ripped off and feel others deserve to be warned. I called about a month ago to book an appointment for my dog, and was told I need to book online. I went to their website to book and had submitted a request for an appointment, and was notified that if the appointment was confirmed I would receive a confirmation email. I reviewed the policy that said I need to submit my dogs vaccination records before the appointment. Weeks went by and I hadn’t received confirmation, but I figured this was due to the fact that I hadn’t submitted my dogs vaccination record yet. The date that I had tried to book the appointment for had passed. Last week I logged in to their website to submit his vaccination record and book a new appointment and noticed that there was a message in my account saying the last appointment had been missed. I went to my email and saw the appointment confirmation was sent to my junk mail. When I brought him in for his appointment today, I was charged an additional $42 for the missed appointment. I spoke to the owner to explain that the email was sent to my junk mail, and that I wasn’t even aware that I had missed the appointment, but she would not waive the $42 charge. I will not be returning.
Picked up my daughter's dog last Saturday and over lunch on Sunday, my children talked about how good he looked. My own dog was envious. Kobe has been going to Naomi since he was a puppy. #burgess #corgi
