Went here because it was close and I needed a car. The experience wasn’t the best, but definitely not great. Felt a bit off the whole time. Wouldn’t go back or recommend. A lot of options near by.

We used the Rentex car rental on 2555 Derry Rd Mississauga, ON, the customer service was great. Returned the car two days earlier and service was good. My only complaint is the the smell in the car, seems like someone smoked heavily in the car, then a perfume was used to masked the smell which made it worse. Other than that good and quick customer service.
I highly recommend renting a car from Rentex. I’d especially like to thank Sukh for going above and beyond for us. The entire process was extremely easy and we were sitting in our Audi in no time. Sukh even stayed a little past closing time on a Saturday because we couldn’t get there in time, ensuring the vacation with my daughter wasn’t ruined. Their rates were excellent and they didn’t raise their rates like other places due to it being considered a long weekend. We’ll definitely contact them again the next time we’re in Toronto.
