Negative stars. Absolute perks, super rude and just overall terrible. They didn't provide everything we needed then got mad at us for being bad customers. Terrible Absolutely terrible. People working are the worst. Stay far away.
Only rent from here if you want to get stressed while renting. Horrible customer experience. They would treat you as if you are doing crime by renting.
Booked (and paid for) a car at this station and also received a confirmation. When we showed up at the agreed time, the station was closed. They didn't even bother to put up a sign saying what was going on and why they were closed.
Be careful. This guys may overcharge you. I returned a rental car on Sunday but overcharged me as they assumed me to return the car on Monday. I present a photo showing the date and time but they didn't accept. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone I know.
Everything went great. My reservation was ready and I had the car in minutes, the price was great, the car was clean and the drop off was easy. No unexpected fees or hidden prices. No complaints.
My husband booked an SUV from this location and when we went to pick it they didn’t have it. They wasted an hour to give us the SUV. Before handing over the car to us the staff took the photos and everything and so did my husband. There was a crack on the windshield when we got the car but we ignored and thought the staff already knew since he didn’t mention anything about it and had checked the condition of the car before giving it to us. After we gave the car back to them, they called us blaming that we damaged the car. Luckily, we had the photos and video of the car during pick up and drop off. And so, they could not blame us for the same. Be very careful and always take photos and videos of the car.
I have rented from this location several times because they always have great rates and a good variety of vehicles. If you decide to rent from them double check the tires on the vehicle. I needed a rental vehicle after an accident and got a seven seater. It snowed and the vehicle was sliding all over the road. The wheels were just spinning when trying to turn corners. I honestly thought I was going to get into another accident. When I checked the tires they were completely smooth. I returned the vehicle and told them that it was unacceptable to rent the vehicle with smooth tires. The rep did not even acknowledge how unsafe it was. Instead he tried to convince me that the tires were acceptable. Complete lack of integrity. I will never rent from them again.
