Got a rental few months ago. Had a rough start didn’t like the rental that was given to me at the first place. I raised my concerns with the office and owner himself called me and switched me to a brand rental car. I was bit skeptical after i saw the bad reviews but i had a completely different experience because i think the management changed . 10/10 recommend.

I used Car Connect Rental by accident, literally. Then I read all the bad reviews and got really frustrated, but I had no choice but finish my business with this company. My experience with them was very positive. I got the car that I had no idea how to drive, so they sent a really nice guy who came to my house and explained all the necessary things I needed to know to drive the car. When time came, I asked them to come and pick up the car from my house, so I didn’t need to drive there myself, as after the accident I got PTSD. Overall, I am very happy with this service!
