My experience with Affinity Luxury Car Rental in Mississauga was extremely disappointing. The cars they offer are old, poorly maintained, and far from what you'd expect from a so-called "luxury" rental company. The lack of proper maintenance not only affects comfort but also compromises the safety of anyone driving or riding in their vehicles. Their customer service is just as bad—rude, unhelpful, and clearly focused only on getting every last cent from the customer. They show no interest in providing real service or addressing concerns. It’s obvious that customer care is not a priority for them. I strongly advise against using this company. Don’t waste even a single cent here—your safety and peace of mind aren’t worth the risk.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience renting a car from here. The service was extremely poor and overall dissatisfaction. I strongly advise against renting from this company to spare others from the same nightmare. Look for alternative car rental options that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a positive rental experience!
Would not recommend this place. I got a car rental thru Audi, and they made me paid extra $600 for extra kms, when they initially told me it’s 200km a day.
Great experience with Affinity and specially the store manager Neil. I rented out the Porcha Panamera for the wedding and absolutely loved it. Neil answered all my questions along the way with very professional way. Definitely recommended to people looking for sweet rides!!
