Experience for me at this location is always exceptional. Even though the location is far for me, I always drive to them for car rental. They have many collections neat and clean. Thanks to the Manager - Meera and Pradeep/Jag Noor / all others who work behind always... Keep up the work..
I called hertz and made a reservation on 19 Dec 22 for 4 adults and a dog for a Tesla Model Y that would be booked from 23Dec 22- 3 Jan 23. Their company was very attractive to me, since they offered a federal employee discount. We were going to drive to Orlando and Miami and back for the holidays. l heard nothing from the location reps. until 1hr before pick up where I was informed via an email that they didn’t have any model Ys available and had only Model 3. First I don’t understand why they couldn’t tell me this in advance or at least let me know there’s a high likelihood I would have to rent a model 3, since it would have given me time to look elsewhere. I asked them to look for a model Y after calling them on the day of my reservation and the rep. said he would get back to me in a few hours. They never called back. The funny thing was the Model 3 offered was not of equal range, value, size, and we would not be able to fit our dog in the carrier in the sedan. This is Hertz’s policy for travelling with pets. So Hertz’s rep. failed to even accommodate our needs and the option they offered was not viable. I called back the same day during business hours, left a voicemail and email as I was frustrated with the lack of communication as they waited from 19 Dec to the day of reservation (Dec 23rd) to inform us of this. There are now no rental cars available anywhere and we are going to have to cancel resort reservations that are in the thousands of dollars. I even went to location at 24 Dec 22 and asked the rep. why my calls or emails weren’t followed back on. I told them that their service and lack of communication is unacceptable. The rep cut me off and passed me his business card and told to call hertz and complain. There was not even a shard of compassion or even an apology for the inconvenience caused. As a member who serves this country. It really is a shame to have to come back and be let down by Hertz, that I chose specifically because they provided federal employees a discount. This is just sad and I don’t think I’ll ever use such an unreliable business. Lack compassion, customer service and professionalism to own up to their shortcomings…
This is my 3rd rental form Hertz Dixie Rd.All the team Bhagwant,Mohammad and the others I don't remember the names were great.Thank youfor all your support guys.I will always advise you to my network.
Exceptional customer care ! After having the worst experience at the Avis car rental agency on Matheson ( car was not available on time , and the employee was very rude and aggressive ) we had seen the hertz rental service across the street . They treated me with respect and made sure I would get a car right away . Special thanks to Hiten Pahuja for helping our family efficiently and respectfully .
We had reserved a full size SUV and upon pickup Mohammad offered a free upgrade to a Tesla Y - WOW! Unfortunately we had to decline since a large capacity was a requirement. The Toyota Highlander was just right. However there were still some bug marks on the windshield of the Highlander. This was cleaned meticulously and promptly. Upon return I noticed that the "miles driven:" was noted as 4373 km! I informed Mohammad that this was incorrect since we did not drive anywhere near that distance and had a photo of the dashboard upon pickup showing that the "miles out:" was incorrectly noted. Bhagwant, Manager Associate assured me that this was due to "insufficient time to update the record" and that we would not be responsible for excessive mileage. I even got a $30 adjustment on my bill for the bug issue. Checkout was quick and easy. This Hertz location is way better than the airport. No lineups, great cars and friendly customer service which was highly professional. Thanks Mohammad - I will return for the Tesla!
The few employees I have interacted with at Hertz Dixie & Matheson have been exceptional. They showed empathy in my comments about the high rental prices (across all rental companies) and took the time to see how they could help me find a better rate. I would like to mention Hiten by name for providing me with an exceptional customer experience. You are lucky to have him on the team. This is my go to location for renting in Ontario and approximately my tenth time renting from this location.
Car was great, staff were at the highest level of customer service, Mohammed helped me with the return, Great service, No issues. Recommend this place if you willing to rent a car.
