Super nice team at this location. Helpful with questions, very simple and easy process to rent a car with them. I feel comfortable to rent with them when needing a rental vehicle.
Service is top notch! Vehicles are spotless and reliable. Full tank ! Wow!. Avis is a great rental company however Royal Windsor Drive location in Mississauga provides the best customer service hands down!I have never been disappointed. Thank you Abhi !

The attendants are never there on location. They show up saying they were grabbing a car from another location. I'm pretty sure they see you on their motion camera from home and then head over. This happened to me twice. I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to show up. They also over charged me for some reason and said I would have to come back and talk to the manager. Bad service, go somewhere else.
Don't waste your time here. You'd be better off paying a bit more somewhere else for better service. I showed up here to pick up my car that I reserved online and it took almost one hour to get that done...and there was only one person ahead of me. I booked an economy vehicle online and when I showed up was told that they didn't have any. I expected maybe a compact, an intermediate at worst. Nope, the only thing they had was an SUV. Why allow me to book an economy car online if there aren't any available? And when I asked for some sort of compensation (i.e. waive the extra driver fee - other rental car companies have done this for me before when they've been in the wrong) the man refused. Then after almost an hour, the man says "Just give me 5 minutes, I need to clean the car." The car that he was offering us hadn't even been cleaned yet. There was only one employee there and he was the one dealing with customers at the front desk and cleaning the cars. You could only imagine what type of a job he did with the car. He gave it a quick vacuum and literally sprayed the exterior with water and didn't dry it. By the time he did all this it became dark out (it was light when we arrived) and we had to inspect a vehicle in the dark with water all over it. I can only hope I didn't miss any scratches or chips on it. Very very disappointed with the service here. I would expect this from one of the small no name car rental companies, but not from a big one like Avis.
Used to be regular customer at this location. However, the car availability declined drastically and was hard to reserve a car. They do have some "fun" cars on regular basis. (challenger, charger, mustang...)
We took a minivan and a sedan on saturday , both the vehicles were so good . we enjoyed driving . And the rates offered was cheap . On the top owners showed great hospitality and were friendly . Thanks for them .
