I'll start with how I was greeted at the front desk when I first arrived which was with a complete lack of respect and the woman I dealt with was extremely rude. Despite having pre-booked the car in advance, she asked me to provide 3 pieces of I.D. in order to pick it up; when I challenged it she started giving me even more attitude. After some back and forth, she gave me instructions on where to go get the car from. When I repeated the instructions back to her to confirm I knew where I was going, she got extremely annoyed and repeated the instructions in a very condescending tone. I decided not to say anything and just decided to pick up the car and be on my way. Here is where my second issue begins - the car itself. The car's interior was filthy and had a distinct odor. It was covered in crumbs/dirt around the gearshift and the center console. Overall, my experience has been completely disappointing and has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I need to continue driving this car for another 2 weeks but I cannot wait for that period to be done and to never come back to this location again. This is very unfortunate, as I was planning to rent from this location for another two weeks, but after this experience I will go somewhere that knows how to treat customers with respect.
I had a terrible experience at this car rental branch. When I picked up and returned the car, staff didn’t do a walk-around inspection with me either time. An hour after I dropped off the car, they called claiming there was a barely visible chip on the windshield and refused to close my file, insisting I open an insurance claim. The whole process felt suspicious and unprofessional, as if they were trying to commit insurance fraud. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Swati employee of this location hung up the phone on me, she misbehaved on a call and didn’t answer my basic questions. She was so rude while talking and couldn’t answer me my questions properly. Very poorly trained staff n very bad customer experience at this location. I need a call back from the manager please.she says that this is not full tank as I drove from fuel station to their parking. Please correct me if I m wrong if it’s not full. The fuel was stopped by itself and it was written no top up. M so confused.
I needed a rental car during the time my truck was being repaired and I chose to rent from here. Renting from here I felt comfortable and welcomed and they had the right car available without the nonsense I've experienced elsewhere of suddenly having to upgrade due to one excuse or another. Getting the same car for another week was also convenient as I was awaiting parts for my repair work. Good service and no games like I've seen elsewhere. I will rent from here again and I thank the professional staff for their good service.
The service is good and quick! We got a very clean car. The price is very good as well. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back there if I need a rental car.
My recent stint with Budget car rental was downright frustrating. Despite the attendant confidently claiming the vehicle was flawless, I discovered dents and scratches galore upon pickup. It felt like a blatant disregard for honesty. The ride itself was a clunky mess, and to top it off, some employees showed a disturbing bias, particularly against individuals of Indian descent. This mix of subpar vehicles and prejudiced behavior made for a seriously unpleasant rental ordeal. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere and avoiding this ordeal all together. The only positive note was that the process was relatively quick. But I attribute that to lack of customers going to them
After seeing the reviews i came to know they are doing this chip on windshield gimmick with everyone, please never take a car rental from this place. He told me there is a chip on the windshield which might have been even before I took the car and he doesn't have any evidence to prove that there was no chip before I took the car. The guy in the front office is full of lies and they are manipulating incidents to rip off insurance money and I can see them doing this on purpose. This place is a total scam . Don't ever go there!!
